You have 15 days from receipt of your package to return the products that you are not satisfied with.

Steps to follow if you would like to make a return for refund :

You have two options: return your items to us in store or return your items to us via postal mail.

These two methods of return are offered by Officine Générale.

1 - Returns in store:

Returns in store are offered by Officine Générale.

The Customer has a maximum period of fifteen working days following the communication of his decision to withdraw, to make a return to the store accompanied by his original invoice.

2- Returns via postal mail:

Return shipping costs are free for our customers living in metropolitan France within 15 working days from the date of delivery or receipt of the parcel.

For international customers, you are in charge of the return shipping costs.

To make a return:

A - If the customer has created an account:

1.  The customer must notify his return on the website via his customer account by selecting the order concerned in the Product Return section, as well as the item he wishes to return including the reason for the return.  

2. Once the return request has been accepted, the customer will receive an e-mail with a return slip to be inserted in the parcel, as well as a prepaid carrier label for orders placed in France.

For international customers, you will need to download your returns form and place it inside the parcel. 

3. The customer must stick the prepaid label on the parcel and hand it in at the post office or depot, depending on the carrier chosen.

B - If the customer ordered as a guest: 

1. The customer must contact Customer Service with the order reference and the items to request a return.

2. The customer will be emailed a prepaid carrier label for orders placed in France.
International customers will receive by e-mail the return form to place in the parcel. 

3. The customer must insert the return form in the parcel, then stick the prepaid carrier label on the parcel and drop it off at the post office or depot, depending on the carrier chosen.

Once the verification of the returned Item(s) has been carried out, Officine Générale undertakes to reimburse the Customer as soon as possible following notification of the request for withdrawal. In the absence of receipt of the Article(s) concerned or proof of shipment within this period, Officine Générale reserves the right to postpone the reimbursement until the day of recovery of the Article(s). (s) concerned or the provision by the Customer of proof of shipment of the Article(s) concerned.

All sums paid for the article concerned and the shipping costs will be refunded to the customer (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that the customer has chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by Officine Générale), to the customer's bank account or payment account used to pay for the item(s), under their Order.

The customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been triggered.

The customer who has created an account will be able to consult the return of his package in the “my orders and returns” section of his customer area.

In order to track his package, the Customer can use the tracking number provided by the carrier of his choice.

Attention, for returns outside the EU, we invite you to clearly specify on the customs form that it is an "e-commerce return" so as to obtain a return "free of duties and taxes" ( no additional cost).


How do I exchange an item?

You just have to follow the return/exchange procedure, as follows:

-> Notify your exchange in your customer account by indicating the size you want in exchange.

-> Insert the return/exchange voucher in your return package.

You will be able to track the return of your package via the tracking number.

After checking the conformity of the returned product we will proceed to the exchange.

Conditions of exchange

To be able to make an exchange, your item(s) must be kept in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and labelled. The exchange is only applicable on the same item in the case of a change of size.

Time limit for exchange

You have 30 working days from the date of receipt to exchange your products.

Exchanges during the period of private offers:

The terms and conditions concerning exchanges are different during our private offer periods. Indeed, we do not allow exchanges of sizes during private offer periods. We simply advise you to return the item that does not suit you so that we can refund you and you can place a new order for the desired product. 

All archived sales items are non-exchangeable. 

Exchanges in the shop:

You can make your exchange in any Officine Générale store. Please note that exchanges and returns can only be made in the same country/region where the items were purchased

Officine Générale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the following criteria:

- Non-respect of the return deadline

- Returns without original invoices or return waybill

- Items that do not fulfill the conditions for return
