Steps to follow if you would like to make a return for refund.
You have 15 days from receipt of your package to return the products that you are not satisfied with.

Returned Products must be in accordance with our return policy below. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products in your possession, and you are required to return them in the same condition in which you received them. This implies that:

·      Clothes must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels

·    Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and inside a package

·        All pairs of shoes must be tried on a clean surface.

·         Shoes must be returned in their original box and in perfect condition.

·        Swimming shorts must be tried on over your own underwear.

If the product(s) you wish to return meet all of these conditions, you can make a return request online by following the steps below:

-> From your customer account
-> select the relevant order
-> choose the item(s) you wish to return
-> enter a reason so that we can take your remarks into account. -> finally, print the return slip and include it in your package.

After notifying your return request from your customer account, we will validate your return request so that you can print your return form.

All costs related to the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer, however, you have the possibility to choose the carriers of your choice to return your item(s). Please note that we will not be able to reimburse the shipping costs of your order.

Please keep the tracking number of your return package, it is a certificate of deposit.

You also have the possibility to make returns in our stores. For this you will also have to make a request for return online. The return will not be processed without the invoice or the return slip.
The deadline for store returns is also 15 days.

Returns of exceptional sales of types "archive sale", are not available in store. Parts should be returned directly to the above address.  

Guest customer returns:

If you are placing an order as a guest, simply send your return directly to us at the address below, please do not forget to include the original invoice so that we can identify your order and the returned item(s).
Without the original invoice your return package will unfortunately not be processed.

Once the goods are received in their original condition and validated by us, the refund will be made as soon as possible directly to your bank account or via paypal depending on your payment method.


How do I exchange an item?

You just have to follow the return/exchange procedure, as follows:

-> Notify your exchange in your customer account by indicating the size you want in exchange.

-> Insert the return/exchange voucher in your return package

You will be able to track the return of your package via the tracking number.
After checking the conformity of the returned product we will proceed to the exchange.

Conditions of exchange

To be able to make an exchange, your item(s) must be kept in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and labelled. The exchange is only applicable on the same item in the case of a change of size.

Time limit for exchange

You have 30 working days from the date of receipt to exchange your products.

Exchanges during the period of private offers:

The terms and conditions concerning exchanges are different during our private offer periods. Indeed, we do not allow exchanges of sizes during private offer periods. We simply advise you to return the item that does not suit you so that we can refund you and you can place a new order for the desired product. 

All archived sales items are non-exchangeable. 

Exchanges in the shop:

You can make your exchange in any Officine Générale store.

Officine Générale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the following criteria:

- Non-respect of the return deadline
- Returns without original invoices or return waybill
- Items that do not fulfill the conditions for return
